Omg! I am experiencing exactly what he is saying. I am suffering from chronical pain for almost two decades and I am off pain killers for the first time...the pain is back but everything changed and I got off that dark black hole. I have no cravings, I can't go back, I smile and I see people smiling at me...I have a complete different state of mind and this resulted in a mindset I never want to lose again. It feels like I am on a whole different level and I never enjoyed life that much, especially after seeing ground zero and hell! ❤😢

This is so true 💯. I have gone through several awakenings now. Kundalini sent me into the last one and I healed my inner child and dark night of the soul and as scary as it was I embraced by dark side.

Now I don’t live with fear or worry of the unknown and things just happen to flow into my life now. Literally. 🎉💝🦋🕊💃💗💯

i love Joe, I've been listening to videos of this nature for a long time, and it's so obvious the things he actually has to remind us to do as a human. We should have all been taught this from a very young age starting in our schools. Whenever I find myself forgetting this simple way of being.. I somehow get told again. It works, life is absolutely beautiful when you chose to focus on your own feelings and spirituality. A day spent like that is never a day wasted.

Yesterday I was in brain-heart coherence for a good chunk of the day, when I went for lunch I was thinking about a sandwich I go for my lunch break then come back my boss goes come here I want to tell/ show you something and there it was the sandwich that crossed my mind for maybe all of about 3 minutes, brain-heart coherence is so powerful gratitude and appreciation and care and compassion so so powerful on the 3d world
