personal headcanon/interpretation: the "miku is a magical healer making everyone happy" thing and how she doesn't mind the constant turmoil if it makes "you" smile is actually a metaphor about how many people use her to create unhappy songs that sometimes reflect their own struggles, and this is essentially her saying to them "hey! i don't mind if you put me through traumatic stuff if it means you get to live another day and i will always be there for you if you need me ^^"
