A beautiful version of a beautiful song. Whether you interpret it as "you don't understand how much I love you" or the intended unrequited meaning of "You don't understand THAT I love you" it is a song anyone can connect to. I don't know Hindi yet it is one of my all time favourites. No one can forget the beautiful scene before this song as well "Kyunki tumne kabhi kis se pyar nahi kiya". Atif's vocals are amazing and Pritam +Irshad have done perhaps their best career work with this.

Ranbir debuted with Saawariya referencing his Grandfather Ranbir Raj and Doestoesvky's story White Nights. But this performance is also an accurate representation of "The Dreamer". Anyone who is a dreamer or who is in love (which should be everyone imo) can love this song. I can talk about the intricacies of this song for ages but I feel as though I've already overstayed my welcome. Thanks for this version bhai 🙏
