I think the reason for 0 bloom on the tac ar is that they made it a scoped weapon in chapter 4, but removed the scope here when they brought it back. So it function like a red dot with 0 bloom but it’s not scoped in.

The tac AR was definitely buffed. It was never this strong. They also got the scoped AR sounds mixed up with it, lol. They have not been on a hot streak with getting gun sounds right, lol.
