This video brings back some wonderful memories. My wife and I spent our two-week honeymoon travelling Switzerland by rail in 2006 - Geneva, Lausanne, Montreux, Interlaken, Lucerne, and finally three days in Zermatt where we went on this cable car ride. We had unbroken sunshine for the whole ride from Zermatt to the Klein Matterhorn summit, and we were treated to the most fabulous views. On the way back down, we got off the Gondola and walked back to Zermatt from the first station as it was such a lovely evening. I won't forget the waterfalls, the marmots, the colourful alpine meadows, and the sound of cowbells reverberating across the valley. Now I want to go back. Bliss!

There’s a reason why Europe is the benchmark for everything nice, clean and beautiful. Switzerland is a piece of paradise on earth! Love from India!

Human skills never cease to amaze me. The people who make these are very hard workers that deserves every pennies they get.

Thank you for not putting in a bunch of background music.
The natural sounds are so much better. Hearing impaired people have a difficult
time discerning words from music, could understand every word, Again, Thank
you.

Amazing to go virtually to these places. What really amazes me is the people who made it.😷😍

As a retired 50 yr skier and backpacker, I love this. No music and no dialog. I feel like I was there. the terrain interests me the most. Thank you🥰

We take a lot for granted don't we. This marvel of engineering has been constructed in the middle of nowhere in the mountains of Switzerland. I would be totally fascinated to see just how they did it. How did they dig the footings for each one of the towers and how did they get the concrete there let alone the towers themselves. How did they get those huge steel beams up there 🤢Hats off to all concerned.

I thought an hour was a round trip ticket. I've been on many gondola palm springs and Banff Canada but I've never seen such an awesome one as this. This is the ultimate. thank you for the ride. Tom YQR

I marvel at the engineering (!!!) and at how they brought the construction materials up there and the people who worked to build everything in a harsh and cold environment. They are super humans! How in hell did they assembled the towers up there? Amazing!!!

My wife and I took this ride in 2019. We were on a Vacations by Rail tour of Switzerland, and it was probably the best trip we ever took. We also rode the Gornergrat and other cog railways, gondolas and passenger trains. The country is beautiful. Also took the Glacier Express, and the red train into Tirano Italy for a day trip. Highly recommend seeing this beautiful country by rail.

This is the coolest ride ever. This is better than a roller coaster ride thank you.

I love the green sights, then the misty rocky walls all while hearing the rivers and hum or grind of the wheels and motors, thinking of the master craft builders of this system, an amazing wonder.
