You can make a stun gun with the flash capacitor charging circuit. Learned that from an old ass show called the screensavers. Guy who showed how to do it was Kevin Rose, the dark tipper.

I used to work in a Kodak photo finishing lab. One of the big ones, where thousands of roles would be shipped in every night from all over the region. We would double check to make sure that the film was completely used, then just hold them lens side up and smack the back on the lip of a table. Pops right open.

I use to work in a photo lab, these are fairly easy to open if you know how. Below the spot where the film canister is there is a little flap you can often just pull on it with your fingers and it open right up and the film canister falls right out.

As someone who ran a Walgreens photo lab, for anyone interested in doing stuff with film I highly recommend getting a dark-room box. Its a little box that lets you put you film or camera in, close it, put your hands into the sleeves and manipulate the film without risking exposure to it. Once it save a roll or two of film it pays for itself. Takes a little getting used to because you can see what you’re doing but with a little practice it’s a real life saver.

AKA Lomography 800, its basic Kodak 800 ISO. Two places you can get it, pay a lot of money for a disposable Kodak like here or buy the 3 pack for much cheaper film. Its the same exact stock. Dont waste the plastic kep disposable cameras for their intended purposes.

you can actually get a tongue puller for film cans that got reeled in too far. useful for double exposure rolls and fixing mistakes

Those cameras have a super capacitor . Hold the button down to charge it up (whining sound) then touch a screwdriver across the cap leads. Its crazy how powerful they are, will sound like a firecracker going off.

You can also convert the lens into one you can use for your regular camera. You can also turn the camera into a jank tazer.

You could buy Lomography Color 400 and 800. That's the same film stock that Kodak uses in the single use cameras. So yes, you could buy it, just not under the Kodak name.

If you charge the flash before you open it, it works better

Things to charge extra to develop a disposable camera so we used to rip them apart ourselves and just bringing the roll of film

Kodak makes a disposable camera with no flash called Kodak Daylight. It also has 800iso.

There is a MUCH easier way to get to the film, on the bottom, than to disassemble the entire thing like you did
