Arnold making so much money on Twins is an interesting fact. I recall reading that Steve McQueen was offered a salary or points to make The Blob early in his career. If he'd have taken the points he would have made a ridiculous amount of money compared to the tiny paycheck he received, but you never know that going in, and he had to literally pay the rent. The factoid about TWINS reminds me that Beethoven's favorite/most profitable composition was "Wellington's Victory, " which was actually a bit of software for an automationic orchestra. First, he had secured rights to the composition in the agreement with the inventor of the automaton; and second, his orchestration of same became a favorite for cities celebrating the end of the War of 1812. Who's heard "Wellington's Victory"? Money is funny!

I graduated from CSULB in 2002 with Spielberg. He was (obviously) walking with the film department. The film department walked right ahead of the theater department that I was in. It was really cool!
