I have P20 lite i really like it
Never listen to haters of P20 lite saying "Boooo the battery mah is less or the display/notch processor etc. The only important think is you like it so dont listen to others.

Nice Job sir Josh.. for me P20 lite is no#1 mid range phone.. my Family is a big fan of Huawei..my mom use p10 my dad use M3..me and my sister using p20 lite, and expecting more in future..And this is the gadget suit for me..Thanks and God bless sir Josh

This phone is like perfect for me becouse its cheap, its got the usb c, headphone jack, big screen, good ram and storage and ive always loved huawei phones. gonna buy this soon

I have a P20 lite and I am watching this right now with it.

These are my thoughts.

When I first used this phone, I was disappointed with it. Slow charging (2 hours) and Messy Launcher. Even if I have the fast charger.

It is impossible at this price point that you are going to get crap so maybe I was wrong, I said to myself.

I downloaded Nova Launcher and Updated it through OTA which fixed Charging problem.

Version: ANE-LX2J 8.0.0.120 (C636)

I realized, maybe I paid the price because it will receive good updates. It can now fully charge my phone after 55 minutes.

Battery Life: Record time is 19 hours with power saver mode on while using it just to browse social media and watch some videos. (Not straight 19 hours, Are you kidding?) I ate my meals, worked for 8 hours, used spotify going to work and going home. Casual. (ultra battery saver mode on while working)

While gaming non-stop gave me 5 hours of gaming time until I need to charge again (20% left before charging, power saver mode on)

Depends on how you use it (or how you are addicted digitally)

Screen was Nice and Clear, though it didn't have gorilla glass protection, I could get tempered glass for extra protection.

Performance-wise, No Lags or stutters that can annoy you, It is barely noticeable. It just happens (estimated) 3-5 times a day. This is a machine, I expect that.

You pay for the OTA Updates.

It is one of the phones that would get the GPU TURBO feature that would, they claim, boost performance by 60% and reduce power consumption by 30%.

It will get it by September 2018.

So, it is kinda interesting. The processor of this phone is not like other processors, Huawei made it. It is their own processor so they know how to fix things efficiently.

We will see if this OTA update would make a difference.

Bonus is, this phone really looks good so if you are concerned by how your phone looks, then go for this. If you want performance NOW, go with the Snapdragon middle rangers.

It is still in the end, preference.

Great phone for someone that doesn't want to go spending £600-£700 on a new phone. Great camera great battery life it's quick and looks nice too. Highly recommended!!!

My daughter cracked my S7 edge screen and it costs a fortune to repair... I've been using a prepaid phone for like 8 months now. Excited to say I should be getting the p20 lite as a birthday present <3 I'm sad that I won't be able to use my Samsung VR headset, but at the same time I'm excited to get a nice, functioning phone again for a great price!
