Spongebob Squarepants made his triumphant Nickelodeon debut on May 1st, 1999. Now that it's officially been 20 years since that day, let's take a look back and see how incredibly far the series has come.

Happy 20th Anniversary to Nickelodeon's #1 worldwide phenomenal cartoon, he's been around since 1999 only a year away before I was born, I always loved this show growing up even to this day, also thanks to Stephen Hillenburg for creating this masterpiece, we still miss him to this day since his passing way back on November 26, 2018 due to complications with ALS but he would be greatly proud of this special day, rest in peace. ✊
