I work for a huge electric and utility company. Our company spent 700k to find out what soap works best to find leaks. The answer is a small soap company in San Francisco hand makes a soap called Marvelous Marianne's leak detection compound. It can be the tiniest fizzer and this stuff will bubble and hold bubbles.

If only my shop had as good a spray bottle as yours. I have to visually inspect the tire and conservatively spray in spots I think might be the leak. If that doesnt work we dunk it in the tank which is slightly annoying but it makes sure no customers come back.

(I have to be conservative with the soap because the spray bottle is garbage and the soap dispenser fills it with more foam than actual soap.)
