An intelligent design, though a little pricey but I think one could get 20-30 years of service out of it. I've been shlepping my favorite camera bag around for 37+ years and it's now starting to show some wear. Good review Henrik. .

its right that you cannot remove the center piece but you can flip it down so you get one large room instead of two.

I've owned this backpack for two years and it's my favorite I've ever bought!

When you traveled on an airplane was it your carry-on or personal item? I'm flying with it for the first time this weekend and I'm worried it's slightly too large to pass as a personal item to fit under the seat. Every airline lists 18x14x8 as the maximum and this backpack is 18.9x12.6x9. Not sure how strict they are about this!

I have this pack. For me, it's great for taking gear on airplanes and trips where I don't have to wear it very long. But when it's full, I won't use it if I know that I'll be wearing it for over a half hour. It's so uncomfortable after a short period of time when it's completely full of gear. If you need a backpack loaded with that much gear and needs to be worn for an hour and longer, I would recommend a gear pack with a hip/waist belt. If the OneMo is half loaded then it's much more comfortable, just don't pack it completely up with gear.
