I never watched The Love Boat much although I did hear about Florence Henderson being a guest star on the show. I didn't realise that she was a frequent guest star. I heard about one of the jokes. I think it would have been from an episode where Florence played a singer. She is talking to some little kid.

"You know, I'm on the road nearly the whole year."

To which the kid replied,

"Gee, you must get run over a lot."
