My Toshiba helped me through all of college. Even after I dropped it and cracked the back. RIP

My girlfriend is still using her Toshiba laptop from 6 years ago for her web development business and it's still going strong - the laptop is a beast! I swapped out the crappy hdd for an ssd a few years ago and the thing still flies today.

My pops had a Toshiba, I used it every chance I could. Good times. R.I.P. 🙏🏿

My first laptop was a Toshiba. When it broke down 5 years ago I wanted to get another Toshiba but stores didn't have them anymore, or at least with the specs I was looking for. It's a shame because satellite laptops were pretty sturdy and felt good to use.

I bought a Toshiba laptop in 2009 for $299, and it still runs pretty well to this day, and I use it for various things. Served me well.

I still own one, or two. An older one I still keep for sentimental value and one I use currently. This is gonna be tough, I can't just move on.

Sad to hear that, I still use a Toschiba Satellite L555 and for me it`s still good even if it is 10 year old. :)

Oh this is so sad. My first laptop was a toshiba satellite too that I had for about 5 years. I played so many games, watched so many movies and TV shows on it. It, got destroyed after I had a fallout with my step-father and he destroyed it. I would actually trade my POS laptop for my old one in a heartbeat

I started video editing as a hobby on my own 17" Toshiba Satellite (P25 series?), and turned it into a solid career. Moved on to dedicated workstations since, but I wouldn't have made it here w/o that old (and heavy) beast of machine. Respects to Toshiba for a long run 🥂

I purchased my Toshiba Satellite C55-A back in 2013 for college. I still have it (even after graduation in 2019) and it’s basically a workstation for when I remote into my work laptop “WFH” and backing up my devices. I upgraded to an SSD from an Hard Disk and added more RAM. It’s a new machine these days. I’ll purchased another PC when this one eventually dies on me. But it’s 8 years holding steady at the moment. Go Toshiba!

2:18 the smartphone was not the only thing that led to there downfall, I also think they didn't innovate as much, like the dell xps and hp envy line, Toshiba had no thin and light laptop
