Hello, I’m in the MRI program at Smith Chason college. The school automatically gives ARRT certification and also offers ARMRIT certification as another option. My plan is to obtain both certifications upon graduating. The school does give you qualification to take the ARMRIT however, there is the licensing fee that is not covered. My question is, will this help me enough to have a “slight edge” over other new grad candidates? I would like to work at a trauma hospital. This has always been a dream of mine.
