Build a cheap FM radio kit
This is almost a companion to the cheap FM transmitter I built. Its a single chip FM radio that works with the wonders of modern silicon magic. With just a few ancillary components this little kit fives you coverage of the whole FM broadcast band from 88Mhz to 108Mhz.
If you are studying for your UK Amateur Radio Intermediate exam this kit would qualify for the practical as it requires you identify components of different types, note that some have polarisation and must be inserted correctly and being a radio, its definitely radio related!
