Had this idea a while ago never got round to putting it together.. great stuff!❤️😎👍

This construction is a very nice idea. I also wanted to make an output amplifier for the transmitter like the one you have. But I hesitated because its output is very small and I would need extra amplifier stages to get an output power of 1-2 watts at most, which is the power I need.
Because all these Chinese constructions, apart from being sensitive and easily damaged, also have the problem of harmonics. But I believe that with enough experimentation and placing a LC filter between transmitter and amplifier, but also with placing an amplifier matching circuit with the antenna and a well calculated bandpass filter before the antenna there will be no problem. The low cost, around 15 euros of the entire construction, makes it a tempting proposition for every amateur or hobbyist. Thanks for the presentation

This is like fitting a turbocharger to a Moped ! I Love it 👍😁

TIP Its a bad idea to transmit with more than a few watts in the city or highly populated residential areas as the transmitter can overload everyone radio receiver in the immediate area, this will lead to complaints and swift crack down, so be warned. Its 1W max in dense areas or 10 ~ a few hundred Watts in rural, and do not jam or interfere with a licensed broadcaster. Do tests with a fm radio reception around the TX site to make sure all is ok. Need a spectrum analyzer too ensure its not splattering other bands.

Fascinating tweaking! Very nice close-up shots. Looks like a fun experiment! ~

would like to see you build a DIY low pass filter for stuff like this. would like to see your take on one.. hope you consider this. ; )

wow great to see ya making videos again. loved you radio on a two penny piece videos.. when i saw the little blue dot by your channel in my subs not to long back i was so happy. GLAD YOUR BACK... : )
P.S. this one's going in my Favourite's alongside your many other videos. also i made the one you had on top of the 9V battery, (the little transmitter) worked like a charm, was well chuffed. still have it around in one of my parts drawers must pull it out again. : )

Very awesome looking transmitter. Cheers!

You always have to filter the output so as not to interfere everywhere.

Brilliant, been looking for a decent FM transmitter that i can run off 18v makita batteries using the makita usb adapter . the Belkin tunecast 2 that i'm using has a short range even with an aerial mod, just ordered the DSP FLL FM transmitter and hoping this will be the answer 👍

I read on the eBay ad for one of these LNAs that they can be cascaded for greater gain but haven't been able to dig up much more on that. Is it true?

I'm quite ignorant about electronics, but my question is if any of this could be used to build a very powerful Bluetooth transmitter. Thanks for the video!

Question: At 11:34 it shows the rf out from the xtr going to the rf out of the 3w module. Shouldn't that be going to the rf in?

Side note: The amplifier will get very hot, if it doesn't. it's broken. Just got it today, connected it to my power supply, it wasn't drawing any current. Fixed the capacitor that was out of place, and the board started smoking.

Friend, could you help me with the description of the U2 component in the circuit, please?

Because mine burned this transistor when I changed the frequency on my nwdz rf pa v2.0 and I wanted to fix the problem.

Is there anything else I can replace?

Always use a RF input instead of BlueTooth so you can station your TX far away from your house in case some Karen fox hunts your signal, or the MIB come knocking. Better to lose a transmitter than an entire pirate radio station. Because yes, we know that's why we're all here. ;)

The big problem with the amplifier you show in your video is that it amplifies from 2 to 700mhz simultaneously and not just the frequency that comes through the input, meaning that if I broadcast on 99.6 Could you expand that frequency and all the others compatible with the amplifier

Thank you for the vid ! I have a question, what kind of antenna should I hook up to the RF out side ? Is there a certain type, maybe a name ?

I use fm transmitter to feed headphones at my job. I might like it to go 50 feet instead of 20, but I don’t need 5 miles of range.
