White House press secretary Jen Psaki clarified on Saturday that President Joe Biden was expressing his personal concern when he said former President Donald Trump should not continue to receive intelligence briefings. Psaki added that Biden trusts the intelligence community would make the appropriate determination if Trump ever makes such a request. NBC’s Kelly O’Donnell reports for Sunday TODAY.
