I love this show, but I never understood why Japanese people call this a ''curry''. It's a beef stew with ''curry'' spices. What's also odd is that many Japanese cooking video's about ''curry'' seem to use a ton of sugar, salt and vinegar on top of ketchup, tomato paste and soy sauce.
