This is exactly what I would like to do. I would even like to do it with the current rental duplex that I’m in, but I already know it has some foundation problems and stuff that would make it hard to ever sell if I wanted to get out of it someday. But I’m still thinking about it. I just don’t want to buy in this ridiculous market.
