To think: if the Soviets had gotten their N1 rocket to work and landed humans on the moon, this might have been our reality today. Instead we had so many wasted decades. Shame.

Only problem is the engine nozzle plume. Those engines were repurposed from the LEM which had a "clear flame" so you wouldn't see this reddish glow coming from them. Other than that tiny detail and a everything in this scene is pretty realistic.

If you look at actual footage of the Apollo LM takeoff, there’s no exhaust plume because it’s in a vacuum.
