I'll never forget the time I sat down at a table with 3 nekusar players, and I was running my Volo. I won because I copied nekusar after figuring out the life loss/ draw totals. They all drew themselves to death and I was the last one standing!

I can say I have Helm of the Ghastlord but not the other two.

Helm is so disgusting in play, to work out the math for you, if you cast basic Wheel, discard and draw seven. You'll draw 7 and everyone else will. Then, they'll all take 7 damage off the draws, Helm will force them to discard their hands, and you'll draw 21 more cards 😂😂😂

Other secret tech, if you want to make it more brutal, give Nekusar infect. 😈

Lim duls vault is too powerful, so people don't run it

Used to have Nekusar as the commander for my wheel deck
But he was always too big a target soon as he hits the field
Ended up swapping the commander to Kess, Dissident Mage. The reliability of reusing tutors or wheels from the grave is just too strong

The problem with Lim-Dul's Vault is that bo one likes to sot and wait for someone to sit and restructure their deck 100 times. Just swap it out for a tutor, much less time taken for the same essential effect.
