I'm 68. From Italy. I saw them in concert in Milano in the summer of 1982.
I think Bunnymen are the most underrated band in the entire rock history.
Simply, I loved them..

I'm 61 now and this great band are still one of my favourite bands of all time. I can always go back and listen to Echo and never tire of them.

In the 80's we had such style! The men were fashionably dressed and gorgeous. I miss that decade!

I feel so blessed to have been born 23/2/63 - true 80's teen/twenty-something... turning 17 in '80 just old enough to be on the British pub/club scene from start to finish of an epic era in music history! So many amazing bands - OMD, Echo & BM, Big Country, New Order, Smiths, Dep Mode etc. Incredible memories of my youth because of the marvellous glut of music laid on for us in the '80s. ❤‍🔥❤‍🔥❤‍🔥

Love this. The 80s new wave goth stuff was the best. Echo, Souxsie and the Banshees, the Cure, Joy Division/New Order, The Smiths... Depeche Mode

Very talented band who sadly didn't get the true recognition they deserved.

I still love this band and the unique music of the 80's even now at 48.I remember my foster parent at the time saying you will grow out of that. Was he ever wrong, you never forget the music you listened to growing up.It remains a part of who you are.

I'm 70 now, loved Echo and the Bunnymen then, bought a CD, forgot about them a bit.
Came back to their music recently, I just love it. Again!

A song about Liverpool and all that sailed out of her, a damn fine tribute if I may say so.

RIP to all my family members who sailed out of Liverpool with the merch. xxx

it takes me back to the summer of 1984, a beautiful all-Italian summer for me, DD and Spandau, George Michael were going crazy on the radio, but in the evening I listened to a national channel that programmed New Wave/Alternative music before going out and partying with friends. From my compact Technics stereo I recorded the pieces I liked most and the Bunnymen were among the most programmed with their wonderful and melancholy "Ocean Rain".

2:11 is easily the best part of the song. Something about the melody and the way Ian sings just sounds heavenly to me and I honestly wish I could explain why.

Echo@ The Bunnymen, in my humble opinon are definitly one of the best, most original, British band's that came out during the 80's! Great music, and interesting music videos makes it so easy to feel this way. I just consider myself lucky to know their music as well as I do!!!! Thankyou sgl
