Both devices are great. But if you compute battery usage efficiency, the DJI is actually more efficient footage/Mah ratio.

Hi, Great video. Just a quick question, does the FIMI Palm allow to shoot photos and videos in portrait mode in full resolution ? I mean can the camera tilt from landscape to portrait position ?

I think an appeal should be launched to buy Young360 some big, fast memory cards. More seriously, did you use the 1080/L setting on the Palm, which is intended for maximum running time? Though perhaps with some quality loss. Looking forward to your further reviews of this device. Mine is finally arriving tomorrow after spending weeks travelling from China to Australia. From other reviews I see that early firmware was almost unusable but the current firmware seems significantly better. I don't expect it to be better than the Pocket 2 overall - its hardware simply isn't up to the standard of that camera - but it has some plus points - starting with running time, for those with big cards who need that!

Happy New Year Young! Thank you for the Battery comparison. The result was a surprise for me. The Fimi Palm has a superstrong battery. That's an important argument especially for travellers!
But the Palm won't fit in everybodys palm... I think my palm might be a little bit larger than yours!🖐 Your pullover looks great! 🤩

You look so pretty in that lovely white sweater with black snow flakes on it Young :) Also, I'm wondering why DJI doesn't increase it's battery capacity on the Pocket 2 ? The Pocket 2's battery now has to run a lot of extra functions, which I'm sure pull on it's energy source more than the original OSMO Pocket did. I have mixed feelings about the Pocket 2. The failure of DJI to offer the in-camera time-lapse movie feature output in higher resolutions, such as 2.7 and 4K resolutions is a HUGE *deal breaker* for me, but the all integrated new feature set is also a *huge plus.* Like the OSMO Pocket, I think the Pocket 2 needs some more firmware updates to tune its tracking and focusing features, until it's tweaked just right.

Fimi keeps proving they understand their customers needs better than DJI. I would much rather have more battery than a smaller form factor. DJI also wasted an opportunity with the do it all handle. The space used for a speaker that no one will ever use should have been utilized as a battery pack + wifi.
