It’s called Hollywood glass, you can get chips of it at stalls near the Hollywood production area, tasty and also extremely fragile, so it’s meant to break. Doesn’t hurt at all.

Those bottles are made of sugar ; they're used as props in movies and the sugar gives them that clear glass aspect and the ability to break in multiple pieces without having to cause much harm.
They're usually done pretty thin on purpose and with less hardened sugar to break easily and without causing pain.
You can also see that she didn't use much strenght in the clip and that the guy's fall was slightly delayed, meaning that the impact of the glass didn't affect him much.

For everyone who is still worried about him it’s OK it’s called a breakaway bottle. They use it in movies and in some prank videos.

For those who wanna know, they used bottles made of sugar, it’s what the movie industry use
