Superman Asks Lois to Marry Him
Justice League VS. Godzilla VS. Kong # 1
Superman is planning to ask Lois to marry him so he is working overtime to prevent anything from interrupting his plans. The Flash goes to help Clark fight Titano but by the time he arrives Superman is already finished. Meanwhile, the Legion of Doom is plotting new ways to eliminate the Justice League. Lex then informs everyone of his master plan, Titano was merely a distraction. They then head to the Fortress of Solitude.
Once inside, Lex warns the team not to touch anything, they are only here for the Mother Box. However, Toyman wasn’t paying attention and picked up a red gem, triggering the alarm. Clark goes to respond but Kara calls and tells him that The Justice League will handle it, he’s earned a night off. In the midst of the fight, Toyman tosses an explosive that inadvertently activates the Mother Box, causing the entire Legion of Doom to be teleported to a jungle with Giant monsters. They quickly seek refuge in a nearby building.
Lex, furious with Toyman, says that allowing him into the Legion was his greatest mistake. While Toyman is holding onto that red gem, he wishes he could take these monsters and use them to kill the Justice League. Meanwhile, atop the Daily Planet, Clark and Lois are having their date night. As Clark is describing his love for Lois, he gets down on one knee. Suddenly there is a loud rumbling. Superman quickly springs into action and heads directly for Godzilla. Stay tuned for part 2.
