That was about the sweetest thing I've ever seen! The way the kids eyes opened up when those glasses were put on him, and he finally opened his eyes. They snapped wide open, and then that smile they finally put a face to the voice must've been incredible for the young one! I had pretty well, the same reaction after having severe hearing loss and then being accepted for Cochlear implants to be able to hear again. For too long months, I was 100% deaf and when the audiologist turned them on, it was incredible! I don't remember ever hearing so well as I did then, and I could've squeeze the life out of my audiologist at that moment I was so happy. Just like that child smile

I got my first glasses at 17, and until I put them on the first time I never realized I couldn't see. I never questioned it. I had a similar reaction. Looking at the trees in the distance and being able to tell individual pine needles was what really did it for me 👍
