What we really need is to slowly develop more backline players that really care about defence through our academy and balance our budget by laying off whoever we need to. We need physical players not fancy ones. If they are smart on defence then they will be smart on attack as well. I will be the first person to say that if Dobbo does not bring in at least 1 new player within the next 3 months like this then he should be fired especially since he is the Director of Rugby and Western Province Head Coach.

Dobson has a tendency to under estimate teams. He did it yet again leaving his best players out. They were not out of the competition before the game so I don't understand how the hell he did not select a stronger team.

Stromers continually shedding players to European clubs, were just tactically poorer and had no backup plan for dysfunctional line-outs...can't fault their effort...well played ...great game!
