Those of you confused as to why a convicted murderer has access to that tablet clearly know nothing about the jail/prison systems. It isn’t about rehabilitation, it’s all about money. The prisons find ways to profit off and monetize inmates any way they can and will continue to do so until the money runs out in which case they’ll find another way to make money. It doesn’t matter if the criminal has a small drug charge or double murder, if there’s money to be made, they’re going to get it.

He's still living in a shity cell, and has to be standing up three times a day for headcount. Has absolutely no freedom and has to listen to somebody younger than him, or he gets thrown in a smaller hole with less privileges.... I'm happy with the outcome
