When we kick the "f" out of fear and overcome fear and anxiety it leaves us with EAR. We must first define fear and look at it's opposite. Many time we think the opposite of fear is love. Actually, hate is the opposite of love. Knowledge and understanding are the opposite of fear and they begin with curiosity.

Curiosity can be defined as a strong desire to know or learn something, inquisitve interest, leading to inquiry.

Fear can be defined as an unpleasnt emotion caused by the belief that someone or something is dangerous, will cause pain, causes a threat and the feeling of dread. It is also an anticipation or awarenss and even a belief that causes dread and and expectancy of alarm.
