I did 84kg (185lbs) for 7 a few weeks before I hit 225 (102kg). You definitely have it in the bag.

Very close to 100 already. Do like 5 sets of 2 with 90kg next time and then try 100kg. Very nice progress lately.

Impressive, but still pretty certain yellow capped Olympic bars/yellow bar ends means they’re 15kg not 20kg. Especially in commercial gyms

I did 80 for 6 last month and this week I got 95 for a single and didn’t feel like my max. Next week I will go for 100.

If you can lift 80kg 7 times then your 1 rep max is 99kg but with the right warm up etc I think you can lift 100kg already if you just give it your all.

u should try 100kg next time u bench, 7x80 should be around 100
