My life changed at 33. I was living a life of suffering, severe anxiety and depression and alcoholism due to a lifetime of recurring trama. I quit drinking right before my 33rd birthday, started meditating and practicing yoga. Now, at 34 Im back in school, got married, and going to a yoga teacher training in 2 weeks!
