hi, I’m only 16weeks pregnant and already 75+ kg, is this ok for beginners workout? I really want to loose arms, legs and excess belly fat coz i feel my baby is suffocated unlike my 1st born before where I’m super lean :(

I liked the 14-week video. But the 15&16 you were exercising as if your viewers are not pregnant.
