Also Wesker is not the Villain he's actually a victim of umbrella, the wesker in re 5 is after he finds out what happened and goes after umbrella for revenge 😢

Evil power not human displaying the arian stereotype. Yea. Thats Wesker. And THAT is good character design. Where someone who knows NOTHING about the lore can pinpoint what your character is and what they do by just looking at them.
