This video shows you how to repair Huawei P30 Pro broken display screen.

The OLED screen on the Huawei P30 Pro comes in at 6.47 inches, with a resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels. It’s a solid resolution for a phone in $800 range. Much of what makes the Huawei P30 Pro feel extra special is the 50x zoom rear camera. The Huawei P30 Pro is powered by octa-core processor and it comes with 6GB of RAM. The phone packs 64GB of internal storage. As far as the cameras are concerned, Huawei P30 Pro packs a 40-megapixel wide-angle camera and 20-megapixel ultrawide-angle camera on the rear and a 32-megapixel front shooter for selfies.

The display of your Huawei P30 Pro can get broken or ineffective because of unsuitable operation and crash. You can buy a Huawei P30 Pro screen with the frame to fix the phone. A screen without frame is not recommanded because the screen vibrator is not easy to install.
It is difficult and complicated to separate OLED screen and touch screen when you want to repair each of them. This is the best solution to replace the broken or ineffective screen of your Huawei P30 Pro.

For anyone who is deciding to go on this adventure. This video covers the replacement process pretty well. The only problem that I faced is that the replacement screen which I ordered didn't contain the ear loudspeaker. Therefore, I had to look at other tutorials in order to find out how to remove it from my old frame and attach it to the new one. This process involves removing the actual glass from the old frame as one parts of the ear loudspeaker is magnetically connected to the actual LCD. This is a very important step and if you don't do it properly you won't be able to talk to other people using your phone.
Another thing that isn't show in this video is that you maybe need to transfer the red rubber water protecting cover of the bottom loudspeaker which can be seen at the image at 4:30 (bottom left red rectangle).
It took well over 3 hours for me to finish the whole process but I ultimately made it. I am almost a complete beginner, the only thing that I changed before was a battery at an iPhone 7 but that was peanuts compared to this.
If you're ever in doubt on what to do next check out the longer tutorials which are available on YouTube without the cuts.
In general, I would suggest watching a couple of tutorials before you start the process as it is not so straightforward as shown here.

Lastly, big thanks to Wit Rigs! You guys did a great overall job and saved us all some money! Cheers!

Just saved myself a lot of money with this video, thank you so much. I also found that new frames do not have the earpiece installed and you did not include this step either, so if anyone is having problems hearing during a call check the earpiece 😝 don’t throw the old frame away

i thought I could do it myself and save 150 dollars. but after watching 3 minutes, I'd say those 150 dollars would be well spent!

You'd think, considering it's one of the main problems with smartphones, that they'd just make it easier to buy parts and replace them on your own. Opening the back and removing the components is absolutely ridiculous.

This is the most expensive game of 'Operation' I've ever seen. I think I'll just live with the cracks. Thanks anyway...

great kit, great video, just finished successfully changing my screen !! ONLY thing missing, and it's a big pain in the ass now, is that you forgot to mention to remove the "red" protective film in front of selfie camera....from the inside ! so now my selfie pictures are all with a pinkish color...and if I open the phone again, i dont have adhesive left to close it again properly....besides that, all seems to be working fine now.

Because I'm from Philippines but my phone is purchased overseas.
And i want to get my p30 pro fixed but the mainboard here in Philippines isnt compatible for my phone.

So the one thing this video doesn't show is how to attach the screen back onto the existing frame ? I'm struggling with that one. The screen I brought, the curved edges seem to "pop" off with the 3M double sided mobile screen tape I have? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
