Only way to truly know if you’re rich or lean is to pull the spark plug. If it’s all black and covered in carbon you’re rich. If it’s kinda white and chalky, you’re lean. With the right air/fuel mixture your spark plug will be a light tan color.

It runs well with choke on, but not when off.
Lack of fuel,
First try adjusting your air mix for tick over. Get it to tick over mint.
Might need one size up on pilot jet.

I had to download a service manual for my tt125 and it says to turn the air screw all the way in (top of stroke is the term they use) and then come back one and a quarter turn. Then adjust the fuel screw so the engine idles at low speed without dying. Then go back and dial the air screw back until the engine is idling at desired speed. Its a nibbi or a nibbi knockoff that comes on my bike so i imagine it should work for the PE24's and stuff.

Air fuel screw goes in all the way and back out one and a half turns

Idle screw goes in all the way and back out 2 and a half turns

Run a 45 pilot jet, 108 main, needle adjustment try 4th and 5 position see how the throttle response is. For the 110 I’d say a 110/112 main would be a good start if you get ruff and sputtery weird high end throttle try dropping down to a 108/105. For the pilot jet 45 is a good start also go as high as 48 it might idle ruff hot but you’ll get snappy throttle. The stock I believe 35 pilot is way to small in my opinion. 42-48 depending on what your looking for. Realistically 24mm carb for a 125cc is pushing to totally over do for size. It just makes tuning it much more harder tend to me more finicky and have to mess with jetting to suit the bike setup. On my 140/150cc I’m running throttle needle 4th position, 48 pilot and a 112 main, with a 43t rear sprocket/front 13t thing tosses a wheel in 1st gear 😂 good luck every bike is different but that's a good starting point. Just have to experiment. Just order a nibbi 24mm jet kit.

9 out of 10 times, you just have buildup in the pilot jet, or your (idle-slow ) why you can’t adjust out the problem
Take and blow it out, it may require a mix setting but that’s easy on the nibbi it actually has a fuel mix and not just an air mix !

There’s five notches on the fuel needle if you move it up it’ll lean it out if you move it down it’ll risen it up. It’s probably what’s going on. You just need to lean it out some move that clip up a notch or two.

Could be the float or might just need air/fuel adjustment

Check the spark plug and look up a chart and then adjust it

Either too much gas or not enough. Carbs are annoying. I don't know much but sounds like it's struggling to run. Maybe bigger jet a size er two

I have a ssr and after market carbs are just trouble makers but you just have to play with it i have that same carb on my 125 ssr but you just have to play with it to find the right adjustments

You have a pwk on a 110/125 that’s way too much carb even with the lowest size, the pwk is made for much bigger engines.

I literally just changed tribe carb nibbi 22 on a 125 x pro I think u have to screw the top on better your spring is not set completely right that’s y u get a little turn on throttle take top off and put back in correctly until u have full turn motion

Make sure you don't have a vacuum leak mine did the.same and found the.isolator plate was cracked

Honestly, if that is a 125cc engine, the carburetor is a little too big. Try a smaller pilot jet and see if that works. It definitely sounds like it is getting too much fuel. The 22 is the best size for a 125cc though. I run a 38 pilot in my 125cc and it is a tiny bit rich. I may go back down to the 35.

Your idle screw is to far out, screw it in to see less of the spring

Try the air/fuel screw adjustment first, then just see if your carburetor needs to be cleaned. If non of those solve the issue then change your jets.

Its fuel starved if only running with choke. First make sure there is gas in the fuel bowl via the drain screw at bottom of carb. If there isnt any gas coming out, theres your problem. Get rid of the "s" shape in your fuel line coming off the fuel filter. Your making the gravity fed fuel line go down then back up, against gravity, then down again into the carb. Make the fuel line a straight shot from the fuel filter to fuel inlet on the carb then check if fuel is getting to the fuel bowl again with the drain screw. If fuel drains then you should be good to run without choke. Then do your fine tuning.
