Very well-planned itinerary. However, I also added the Tsutenkaku slider, Legoland, and Osaka Housing & Living to my schedule (my family is going this May). In my opinion, on day 2 when you are in the Osaka Bay area, you could consider going to the Solaniwa Onsen at your own expense after 5pm at a discount.
