Speeding at twice the speed limit, no braking just acceleration, and leaving the road. No phone records checked, and no investigation done because he said he wasn't drinking or taking drugs. No citations because a police officer didn't 'see him'. Looks like something is wrong here, and my guess is money and skin

You would citation for speeding would be appropriate....even though no police officer witnessed him speeding. He WAS speeding. There IS evidence that he was speeding and endangering others.
Our legal system is a joke. Because...is not the entire purpose of laws to protect citizens??? He was endangering the lives of others. It doesnt matter that a cop didnt see it...the evidence shows it.
