I declined a home visit because cps kept harrassing me, even though I and my husband are doing what they asked, the cps worker then called the sherriffs department and blatantly lied to them to have them show up. I have every call recorded and every text message sent. What I don't understand, they sent me to one place to do counseling, for me and my kids, I didnt hear from the cps worker for a week so I called the place myself and made the appt myself, they got back with me, I met with them sat, and another appt thurs. Everything cps has been doing has been minipulat me to sign what they want by threat of taking my kids away. I might add she asked me to meet her at the same place we were to do counseling, I did not know the cps worker was there, they took my kids one by one to question them for 2 hours under video recorder and tape recorder, there was no cop or sherriff present. My kids were traumatized, my 10 year old didnt speak for a day and a half and was sullen and withdrwn my 13 and 16 year old told me she kept telling them, who told you to lie? Who told you to say this story? When i found out she was there after all my kids had been interviewed i was livid, when I asked for an attourney she forced me to sign her safety plan with the threat of taking my kids if i didnt. So i signed. Ever since then its been constant harrassment not allowing me to find an attourney until monday when the cps worker blatantly lied to the sherrifs department, we have this case because my husband. PTSD Army veteran was trying to get more help than he was getting, I saw the report the lady wrote to cps and the sherrif, i am lobbying action against her for her blatant lies and for not disclosing to my husband she was reporting him, which im told is a law by one of the counselors we are going through. So our life is in shambless and upheviel filled with lots of contradictions.

How do u file a complaint against ur case worker when u don't know who it is and dcf will not give them up? Why is ur case worker such a big secret?
