My employer made form 16 according to new regime in which all eligible deductions are shown "0". But i filed itr according to old regime claiming all eligible and valid deductions that were not shown in form 16 (like 80C, 80CCD1b, 80CCD2 etc). Will i get notice/warning from income tax department for mismatct with form 16

If i failed to file ITR will the income tax department send me the email or sms ? Actually every money i have invested in equity market is from my parents and my parents haven’t also haven’t filed ITR yet. I invest around 10-20K per month but haven’t redeemed or sell in STCG.
