Wanting to do a spell vs needing to do! 👏👏👏👏👏 Bravo!

I would feel bad about myself for not doing any spells lately, making feel like I'm not "witchy" enough or that I'm not dedicated to my Goddess (I usually do my craft in her name) the 2nd part is a big oof for me than the first. But this video made me feel so much better about it and reminded me of backfire.

My crochet is knotwork? I love that. When I make things for others I try and think about how they will use it and how I want them to feel when they receive it.

I wonder, I’ve always made friendship bracelets and wish bracelets. I guess those would count too? 😆

This was so helpful! There's loads of "witchcraft 101" videos, but you have a lovely way of making this feel fun, accessible and exciting, instead of scary ❤

Baby witch here. First spell was a money bowl. Worked amazing. I’ve done about 4-6 spells. Started witchcraft early this year. It’s pretty hard to do research because there are so many websites and it’s hard to know who to listen to and I don’t personally know anyone else who does witchcraft so I don’t have anyone to learn from besides Olivia, Nike and Stargirl. Also began working with Apollo and Aphrodite

I've seen a lot of videos with similar subject matter but none of them have really hit the points like you have here.
I have been "witchy" since I was about 7, but, aside from a short period of time when I was 12ish I never really dug my feet in. Last winter, I felt a strong pull and started really getting into researching and gathering books and tools and so many things.
I've been wanting to jump in lately and needed this video.
THANK YOU. 🖤🖤💫💫

Same with the knitting. It has never gotten to me the way crochet has. But I've never thought about incorporating this into my craft. Thanks for the idea!

This intro really hit the nail on the head of how I feel. All I've done is study, which is just ridiculous. Thanks so much for all of your awesome information! I LOVE your videos

Lol omg you sound like me. So I have had my altar set up for decades. Seriously, decades... Despite being adopted into a Catholic home at age 5, I remember dressing as a witch for my first Halloween, and by the time I was 7, I was researching in private. Over the years my research led me further and further down Ty the rabbit hole. By the time I was in my early the twenties I my personal library put my toen library to shame. Then of course the internet came about and I got even more sucked in. It was not until the last couple of years that I began to feel confident enough to try spell work.

My one piece of advice to your followers- listen to her, don't do what I did! ❤️ That being said, I have no regrets. I have an amazing collection and have learned so much, but now it's time to put it to use. ❤️

My first spell was a knot work spell of protection for my book of shadows! It works really well and I'm glad I started so small.

My first call to the path lead me to tarot, it is my first eso-love so to speak, I'm eventually going to start with candle/fire magic, my first spell jar ever, last month, , , , was for help with having and remembering positive dreams. So far so good 🦄

I absolutely love that you discussed the preparation stage in spell work, it’s far too commonplace to jump from desire to spell skipping the in between. Keep up the taboo

I’m glad I followed my intuition and started with cleansing/protecting and healing spells. I felt that I needed to cleanse and protect my own energy and space. Something tells me I shouldn’t be casting if I’m emotionally driven by the motivation

I hear the trying out spellwork after years of reasearch so hard. I've been resaerching for years now and I finally feel ready to do not one, but two spells. The first is a money spell loosely based of the chaotic witch aunt money bowl, and the next one is a self-love spell. I'm in the process of researching ingredients now and I'm so excited!

I read somewhere that the need to make a ritual or a spell is to come up with your own way. I think I get that now.

I tried my first Full Moon ritual this Nov 19 and I see now where I succeeded and where I could do better. My main gain from the exercise: I realized that as a cook, I can easily call cooking meditation. I meditated before cooking myself some dinner, just to get in the zone. Then as I cooked, I used that time to focus on all of the things I wanted to release in my life. I wrote out my list as I cooked and then burned it away in a cooking pot and dumped the ashes in the recycling bin.

It didn't occur to me to read my cards afterwards, thanks for the tip!

I'm so glad I found this video, this is exactly where I'm at right now. I've been doing a lot of research, probably a bit excessive with the research 😂😂
