Tonight's recommendation - La Notte (Directed by Michelangelo Antonioni)
Genre - Drama
Language - Italian
Length - 122 minutes
Notes - My personal favorite film of Antonioni's. I've never seen the cast or crew make reference to it, but I've always seen a very strong connection to Jean-Paul Sartre's play, Huis Clos. Playing with the same idea's about people needing to expose themselves to others that they know will do them emotional harm.

Music in this video by - The Machines of Serenity
Song title - Ghosts

I’m a student, studying film, first year of uni and I’ve just come across your account and I absolutely love your work. It’s all really well put together, editing wise. Also very well articulated, I love this theme of pitch black nights… keep up the amazing work!

Nice review. Great choice in background music! Next can you review Persona (1966)?
