Hurricane Rosa Update - 3pm PDT Sept 29, 2018

Hurricane Rosa is continuing its weakening trend, and is now a Category 2 with winds of 105mph. The storm is likely to weaken further, and may not even be a tropical storm by the time it arrives in Baja California. However, heavy rains from the system could produce 4 inches or more as far inland as Utah, and flash flooding is a serious possibility.
