How To Defeat Duke Fishron In Terraria Master Mode

In this video, I show you how to defeat the Duke Fishron boss in Terraria Master Mode.

Tip for third phase: If you are moving to the right, he will teleport to your right. Same with left. This way, you can predict his location with ~90% accuracy at the end of the fight.

You can also use an inferno potion as a shield from the bubbles.

*In the third stage:*
First, he will charge once before teleporting;

Then, he will charge twice, and teleport behind the player again;

Finally, he will charge three times, and the pattern will reset.

I personally used Electrosphere Launcher + Mini Nukes and it absolutely shredded Duke. The spheres also manage to take out some bubbles and Shakrons, which is a huge plus.

Tactical shotgun is advisable because its firerate almost sync in music :)

I got him really close to death with a lot of dodging and spectre armor with the hood and razorpine. I probably should have used buff potions, but it was a good run. The regen is a godsend, and it makes the fight much more forgiving.

Is post pillar loot like the daybreak better than the tac sg for this fight?

if you are in expert mode, frog legs is not necessary, but it ill be more difficult.

do i need tactical shotgun on normal, cuz my skeletron dungeon doesn't have tiled walls, making that weapon a really annoying thing to get (i tried for like 2 hours and the tactical skeleton spawned like 3 times)

No wonder this fight felt impossible I was fighting him enraged every single time. I would get him down to the 10 percent health and he would blind me and teleport. I almost killed him by out teleporting him with the rod of harmony but he just goes psycho mode and killed me anyway. Guess I'll try again over the ocean lol

Great, now all I need is to abondon my class completly (magic) so I can defeat duke fishron to get a good magic weapon. (Unless there are any magic weapons to defeat duke firshron I should know about?).
