ΕΚΤΑΚΤΟ | Ελλάδα και Αλβανία πάνε στη Χάγη για τις θαλάσσιες ζώνες - (20.10.2020)[Eng subs]

ΕΚΤΑΚΤΗ ΕΙΔΗΣΗ. ΕΛΛΗΝΟΤΟΥΡΚΙΚΑ. ΕΛΛΑΔΑ. ΤΟΥΡΚΙΑ. ΑΛΒΑΝΙΑ.
Ελληνοτουρκικές σχέσεις.
Όπως μετέδωσε πριν από λίγο η ελληνική κρατική τηλεόραση, κατά τη διάρκεια της επίσκεψης του Έλληνα υπουργού εξωτερικών Νίκου Δένδια στην Αλβανία, όπου συναντήθηκε και είχε συζητήσεις με τον Αλβανό ομόλογο του Γκεντ Τσεκάϊ, αλλά και με τον πρωθυπουργό Έντι Ράμα, όπως επίσης και με τον πρόεδρο Ιλίρ Μέτα, οι δύο χώρες, Ελλάδα και Αλβανία, συμφώνησαν να προσφύγουν στο Διεθνές Δικαστήριο της Χάγης, για την οριοθέτηση των μεταξύ τους θαλασσίων ζωνών.
Έτσι μετά τις συμφωνίες με την Ιταλία και την Αίγυπτο, η ελληνική κυβέρνηση προχωράει και σε οριοθέτηση με την Αλβανία, προσφεύγοντας για πρώτη φορά στο Διεθνές Δικαστήριο της Χάγης και δείχνοντας σε όλον τον κόσμο ότι η Ελλάδα ακολουθεί τους κανόνες και νόμους του Διεθνές Δικαίου, σε αντίθεση με την Τουρκία που παρανομεί με μονομερείς ενέργειες, αποστέλλοντας ερευνητικό πλοίο σε ελληνική υφαλοκρηπίδα και διενεργώντας έρευνες εντός αυτής και ταυτοχρόνως απορρίπτοντας οποιαδήποτε διευθέτηση του ζητήματος με βάση το Διεθνές Δίκαιο.

Greek Turkish relations.
According to Greek state television, during the visit of Greek Foreign Minister Nikos Dendias to Albania, where he met and had talks with his Albanian counterpart Ged Tsekai, but also with Prime Minister Edi Rama, as well as with President Ilir Meta, the two countries, Greece and Albania, have agreed to appeal to the International Court of Justice in The Hague to demarcate their maritime zones.
Thus, after the agreements with Italy and Egypt, the Greek government proceeds to delimit itself with Albania, appealing for the first time to the International Court of Justice in The Hague and showing the whole world that Greece follows the rules and laws of International Law, in contrast to Turkey, which is illegal by unilateral actions, sending a research ship to a Greek continental shelf and conducting surveys within it and at the same time rejecting any settlement of the issue under International Law.
