Thank you for this.I was brought a BMC from Wolf 1400 same problem, same machine. Spent hours trying to find instructions/schematics.When all else fails YouTube and yourself to the rescue. Well produced and clear concise instructions.

Briliant. I have the exact same symptom in my tiller (einhell 1400W). Motor is running but blades stay still. I hope its the belt as well.

Thanks for providing some valuable insight into the pros and cons of these machines.
It seems clear then, the best rotavator machine to get for using on a heavy clay stony soil, would be one with a drive belt. As a drive belt can help prevent serious damage to the machine and expensive replacements.

What would you say is the best tiller you bought for hard soil? I usually prepare my soil by using manual tools but a tiller would save my back and time

I have a Riwall pro ret 4014 cultivator and it looks exactly like yours. First, my motor bearing went bad. As a result, the brushes went bad. In the end, my belt also broke. It tore a second time this spring, even though I was already very careful. The belt looked like chewed and torn in teeth literally. How works your tiller?

Hi like a few here Im actually looking at buying one and have seen this issue pop up a couple of times without a solution, so this is brilliant and first Ive heard it used a drive belt. Thanks.
Just a general question about the machine. It looks like youre using it on grass, if so, not a problem? Also clay? Im hoping if its fairly damp this thing will chew it up and from your responses below it sounds like a good bet.
