Crypto empowers CEOs and board members to be able to differentiate between shareholders. This means that they can concentrate wealth to the shareholders that matter and be able to determine buyback, dividend, etc policy to reward their key shareholders while keeping the others out. That is what tokenization does well and easy for assets. For example, what Blackrock could do is have a dividend that only hits holders of stocks that have held longer than 10 years or 1 year. It means a larger payout for those and traders cannot obtain that dividend. Same with Bonds.
