I have been listening to a ton of being grateful videos, to support this teaching for my Catholic prayer group! Just proof of what the Bible already teaches us of being thankful and grateful! Giving thanks is listed at least 100 times in the Bible. These videos just prove that God designed our bodies to be grateful!! They can actually heal themselves with hormones and chemicals that are released when we show gratitude. The best meditation is praying the rosary. It’s a meditation on the life of Christ.

I am grateful for the smallest things especially after being diagnosed with MS which I think was prepared for by God because He prepared me by teaching me to be organized and caring for others even in the small ways I have been doing all my life starting by protecting my siblings from my dad's rage to feel empathy for others and be present ad ready to listen and understand others.
