Gojo's top speed during battle with Sukuna was 23-30 Machs. His strength, Attack potency and Destructive capability is Large town level. His teleportation is counted as ability not speed. His infinity is hax which we all know and his CT, RCT and DE is counted as abilities. His attack speed and reaction speed is also around 23-30 Machs.

Ragna's top speed during battle with Woltekamui is ftl+. His strength, Attack potency and Destructive capability is Multi-continental. His abilities are Silverine battle arts. And if you wonder why he gets hax eventhough Gojo has infinity that is because Ragna is unaffected by time stop and concept erasures(from the manga). He can also cut through dimensions with his silverine battle arts(cutting through undying realm which is very big but unconfirmed size ), that's why he gets hax. He gets Durability because he tanked continental missiles in manga and withstanding gravitational forces of about 1000× of that of Earth's gravity. Endurance goes to him because he fought Dragon monarchs with lethal wounds and his head being cut off during the battle( he put his back like a lego piece which Go/jo couldn't do ). And if you wonder how Ragna gets experience, its because he got memories from his future self who has continuously fought for decades( years not confirmed but definitely greater than Gojo's, who barely fights any opponent and one shots them).

If you are gonna say Kenjaku escaped Yuki's black hole and Gojo scales above him, so Star level. It has been debunked and is an invalid feat. And if you think Gojo can use his domain and erase Ragna . Ragna has better reaction time and can kill Gojo before he deploys his Domain. If you still wonder how Ragna passes through infinity, he can cut through dimensions( space-time) with his silverine battle arts. And do you know what Sukuna used to get past infinity? Yes, a slash that cuts through space which Ragna has a better version of.

I can safely say, Ragna > Gojo, Low - Mid

Ragna is faster than time itself.. What can a tin layer of infinite do 'bout stopping his attacks? 🤨

Note; Gojo said it himself, that his infinite increase the space between the attack & himself, making it seem like stopped.. But, it'll eventually hit him over time (just like Sukuna-sama last attack, that gave the earth a scar in an instant).
