I overclocked from 60 hz to 100 hz
And its working fine and smooth.
Specs:-
GTX 1650
1080p ( 60 hz but now 100hz)
Ram 8 gb
I5 10300H

If your 60Hz, I recommend going to 72-75Hz but if you really feel like your monitor can handle it, try 80Hz.

Caution: DO NOT DELETE ORIGINAL HZ FILE BECAUSE IT WILL SHOW BLACK SCREEN
CREATE NEW PROFILE AND THEN SET REFRESH RATE

i dont have external graphics card .. currently am using Ryzen 7 5700g with radeon Graphics card, and my monitor 75hz . can i do 75 to 90 or 100 maybe? is it work?

We can also boost monitor refresh by using AMD or NVDIA But this must be need a gpu but in cru we can boos hz without or with gpu
