Great sir just super. I don't usually say this. Also I understood this despite the fact that I missed all my lectures at school. Only catch was that I had to repeat the video twice. If you are havving trouble like how I was its probably that you need to revisit just the basics of integration and difrentiation but dont panic. Its easy stuff. Also don't be scared the formulas arent as hard as they seem at first. Take it from a guy who repeated the video twice and grasped most of the stuff.
